Seller Agreement
This Seller Agreement governs your activities as a seller on CardStream Pro and supplements the general Terms and Conditions. By listing or selling items through the platform, you agree to these terms in addition to the general Terms.
1. Listing Requirements
- You may only list cards you legally own and have the right to sell.
- Listings must include accurate information regarding the card’s name, set, condition, and quantity.
- You may not list prohibited, counterfeit, or stolen items.
Read full clause
Sellers may only list cards that they legally own and have the unrestricted right to sell. By listing an item, you represent and warrant that the information provided (including name, set, condition, and quantity) is accurate and complete. Sellers may not list counterfeit, stolen, infringing, or otherwise prohibited items. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these requirements and suspend accounts involved in prohibited conduct.
2. Condition and Grading
- You must accurately grade and describe the condition of cards using accepted market standards (e.g., NM, LP, MP).
- Misrepresentation of condition may result in refunds, penalties, or account suspension.
Read full clause
Sellers are responsible for accurately grading the condition of cards according to widely accepted industry standards (such as Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, etc.). Intentional or negligent misrepresentation of card condition constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in refunds to buyers, withholding of payouts, account penalties, or suspension. We may require additional proof of condition in the event of disputes.
3. Shipping Obligations
- You must ship orders promptly, using approved shipping methods, and within required timeframes. All shipments must use the shipping labels provided by us. We are not responsible for, and disclaim liability for, any loss, delay, damage, or non-delivery of items shipped using unapproved carriers, labels, or shipping methods.
- Failure to ship or provide valid tracking may result in cancellation, refunds, or penalties.
- You are responsible for ensuring safe packaging to prevent damage in transit.
Read full clause
Sellers must ship all orders promptly using the platform’s approved shipping methods and within the required timeframe specified at checkout. Sellers must provide valid tracking information. Failure to ship on time or provide valid tracking may result in cancellation of the order, refunds to the buyer, and potential penalties or suspension. Sellers are responsible for properly packaging items to prevent damage during transit and may be held liable for inadequate packaging - a cardshield is the minimum required protection for a card.
4. Counterfeit and Prohibited Items
- Selling counterfeit or altered cards is strictly prohibited.
- If a card is determined to be counterfeit, the transaction will be reversed and the seller may be permanently banned.
Read full clause
The sale of counterfeit, altered, proxy, or otherwise inauthentic cards is strictly prohibited. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that a listed or sold item is counterfeit or prohibited, we may reverse the transaction, refund the buyer, withhold or claw back payouts, and permanently suspend the seller’s account. Sellers are liable for all costs associated with counterfeit transactions, including refunds, chargebacks, and investigation expenses. The sale or shipment of proxies, fake, altered, or counterfeit cards is strictly prohibited. If such items are detected, the transaction will be reversed, funds may be withheld or clawed back, and your account may be permanently banned. You will remain liable for any resulting losses, chargebacks, or damages.
5. Payouts
- Funds are released only after the successful completion of transactions and required holding periods.
- We may delay or withhold payouts for suspected fraud, disputes, or Terms violations.
Read full clause
Seller payouts will be initiated only after transactions are successfully completed and any applicable holding periods or verification requirements are met. We reserve the right to delay or withhold payouts if fraud, disputes, chargebacks, or Terms violations are suspected. Sellers are responsible for providing accurate payout account details. Any delays caused by incorrect or incomplete account information are the sole responsibility of the seller.
6. Chargebacks and Buyer Disputes
- Sellers are financially responsible for chargebacks and buyer disputes related to their sales.
- We may deduct or withhold funds from future payouts to cover such losses.
Read full clause
In the event of buyer disputes or credit card chargebacks, the seller is financially responsible for the associated costs. We may deduct the disputed amount, plus any fees, from the seller’s current or future payouts. Sellers acknowledge and accept the risk of chargebacks as a condition of using the platform and agree that CardStream Pro is not liable for such losses.

- Failure to comply may result in removal of listings, forfeiture of funds, and account termination.
