Preconstructed Deck GiveawayOfficial Rules

1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates of CardStream and their immediate family/household members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

To enter, join the CardStream waitlist at cardstream.pro during the giveaway period by submitting a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person. Automated, duplicate, or bulk entries are not permitted.

3. Giveaway Period

Entries are accepted from [Start Date] through [End Date]. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM [Time Zone] on the closing date.

4. Prizes

Winners will receive a Magic: The Gathering preconstructed deck (“precon”). The number of winners and specific precons awarded will be determined by CardStream in its sole discretion. Approximate retail value (ARV): $[Amount] each. No cash alternative or substitution is permitted, except at CardStream’s discretion if a prize becomes unavailable.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within seven (7) days after the giveaway period ends. Winners will be notified at the email used to sign up. CardStream is not responsible for winners not receiving notices due to spam filters, junk mail settings, or incorrect/changed email addresses. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18+ may win. Prizes ship to U.S. addresses only.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Rights Granted

By entering, you grant CardStream the right, where permitted by law, to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless CardStream and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize. CardStream is not responsible for technical issues, human errors, or other problems beyond its reasonable control that may affect entry or operation.

9. General Conditions

CardStream reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway. CardStream’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

11. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to CardStream’s Privacy Policy. We use your email solely to manage the waitlist and this giveaway, unless you consent to additional communications.
